Challenge:

Tiffany’s Maid Service had an outdated website which did not effectively reflect the professional level of services it is known for. Our challenge was to provide a complete overhaul of the brand and focus on what makes them unique.

Solution:

After a website audit, we determined that the existing website and overall brand positioning required an improved focus on services with better images, convenient booking engagement, easier access to services from the home page and customer testimonials feed from Google Business Profile for improved SEO.

A new website was developed (tiffanysmaidservice.com) with new design direction and better suited images that reinforces their unique value proposition:

“We’ll take the chore of cleaning off your hands.”

A light and spacial design with animated effects throughout keeps the viewer engaged. The home page provides easy access to services offered. Additionally, service pages focus on CTA (Call to Action) buttons to improve user engagement and response.
